Shipping Confirmation

Most orders ship in 1-2 business days. On the day of shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipment's tracking number.

Expedited Shipping

For time-sensitive shipments, please place your order by phone or request a quote by email. Expedited shipping is an additional charge, but we'll do our best to find the most economical service to meet your needs.

Returns and Exchanges

Our return policy is designed to be as fair as possible. There are 2 versions of our warranty, depending on where you made your purchase:

Limitations for Both Warranties
You are responsible for returning the original product to us and for the cost of shipping its replacement, and you can only take advantage of this free exchange/refund once per product type.

How to Return a Product

Step 1  Email us a Return Authorization request. In your email, please include your name and shipping address, your original purchase date and order number (if known), the products you're returning, and whether you want a replacement, exchange, or refund. We'll respond with an RA number for you to include on your return package. This will help insure that we process your return swiftly and accurately when it arrives at our warehouse.
