Shipping Confirmation

Most orders ship in 1-2 business days. On the day of shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipment's tracking number.

Expedited Shipping

For time-sensitive shipments, please place your order by phone or request a quote by email. Expedited shipping is an additional charge, but we'll do our best to find the most economical service to meet your needs.

RumbleRoller stands behind its products with the industry’s best warranty:

Return your RumbleRoller at any time and for any reason and we'll happily replace it, exchange it for another product of equal value, or refund your original purchase price (up to but not exceeding full MSRP). You are responsible for returning the product to us and for the cost of shipping its replacement, but we will cover or reimburse those shipping costs if the product is found to be defective.

If you purchased or registered the product on RumbleRoller.com, no additional proof of purchase is required. If you purchased the product elsewhere, please include a copy of your original receipt in your return shipment.

You may take advantage of this warranty once per product type.

How to Return a Product

Step 1  Email us a Return Authorization request. In your email, please include your name and shipping address, your original purchase date and order number (if known), the products you're returning, and whether you want a replacement, exchange, or refund. We'll respond with an RA number for you to include on your return package. This will help insure that we process your return swiftly and accurately when it arrives at our warehouse.
